I am a post-baccalaureate machine learning and teaching researcher, advised by Dr. Patrick Shafto, at the Cognitive and Data Science Laboratory, within the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science at Rutgers University—Newark. I AM currently applying for research positions (PhD and industry), so feel free to get in touch!

Prior to this, I completed my undergraduate studies in Biology and Philosophy at Rutgers University; my Honors thesis was on age differences in probabilistic category learning from reinforcement, advised by Dr. Mark Gluck at the Center for Molecular and Behavioral Neuroscience. There, I started using reinforcement learning models in my research and began to view computational approaches as exciting and promising avenues of work for addressing issues of access and quality in healthcare.

Check out my projects, publications, and research interests to get a sense of what I am working on.
